Terre dei Trulli comes from the experience of the Union Srl group of the Casulli family, founded in 1986 and backed up by centuries-old traditions in livestock and agricultural sector.

The company’s mission has always been inspired by the excellence and quality of both products and services offered. We produce and sell Italian products selected through quality and wholesomeness of raw materials and authenticity of production methods.

The first products branded "Terre dei Trulli" were taralli, followed shortly after by other bakery products.

2010 – early 2017

Alitalia chooses our taralli as snacks for passengers on board.

After the excellent results obtained, a line of dry durum wheat pasta was introduced at first in the traditional regional formats (orecchiette, strozzapreti...), and then in special formats, wit unconventional flours, spices and dehydrated organic vegetables.
A constantly updated production that starts from traditions and evolves, behind the impetus of the times and new consumers’ needs.

We have already been chosen by major partners in the Retail sector, Ho.re.Ca., and the airline Alitalia.

We are present in Italy, in Europe and in the world.
