Making a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an art.

So, as regards the bottling of our multicultivars, we have created a collection of bottles with the symbols that have appeared on our beloved trulli for centuries. Mystical and religious symbols or profane symbols each one tells its own story.

The pleasantly harmonious taste of the Multivarietale comes from the wise and balanced combination of different olive types: Cima di Mola, Leccino and Olivastra come together to create oil with a balanced flavour. The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity, the hints of bitter almond join the slightly spicy tones. Countless recipes are based on the goodness of this oil, thanks to the balance that features its profile. Therefore, there are many food applications, both raw and cooked.

How to use: due to its sensory properties, it is suitable for both raw and cooking use.

Best before: 18 months from packaging date. The recommended consumption date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package. Extra virgin olive oil is an absolutely natural product; free from elements other than the natural composition of the production olives. The date on the package is a "preferable consumption" term of the product, in order to fully appreciate all its sensory properties. After this date, anyway, it can be used without running any health risk—it will be no harmful, it could simply lose the intensity and fragrance of flavours and aromas.

Useful notes

Any presence of dregs and/or suspended particles is due to the natural composition of the product and does not affect quality. The optimal oil storage temperature must be between 14°C/57°F and 18°C/64°F. In case of low-temperature range, the oil has a endency towards crystallisation. It returns to the liquid state at a temperature above 18°C/64°F.

Method of conservation

Store in a dry and cool place (14°C/57°F - 18°C/64°F), away from light and heat sources. After opening, close the cap tightly after each use, to preserve its integrity.
