Multigrain flour 38% (rye, soybeans, barley, oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, malted rye flour, iodized fine salt, brown linseed, whole spelled flakes, hulled millet seeds, natural wheat yeast in powder), wheat flour, white wine, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, natural antioxidant: olive extract. Contains gluten, soybeans and sesame. May contain traces of almonds and mustard.
