Every family has a story, but only some become a legacy to be preserved and passed on. Terre dei Trulli was born from this: from the desire to preserve the authentic gestures and flavors of our land, bringing them into the future without ever losing their soul.
Under the guidance of Roberto Casulli, heir of Nonna Mariangela, and his family, that ancient peasant wisdom has been transformed into a company that continues to respect tradition, but with an open gaze to the world. Preserving one's roots does not mean staying still, but making them grow, with the same care with which taralli were once kneaded in a wood-fired oven. Today we carry on that same passion, because the true flavor of Puglia is not invented, it is handed down.
A large and modern area, designed to guarantee efficiency and safety in every production phase.
A space dedicated entirely to processing, with controlled environments to preserve quality and freshness.
Optimized processes to ensure production continuity and maximum care in each batch.
Efficiency and precision to preserve the goodness of our products intact until the consumer's table.
A perfect balance between craftsmanship and large-scale production, without sacrificing quality.
A long story
Our story begins with Grandma Mariangela, or "Padrona Marietta", as she was better known in the countryside of Alberobello. In the large Masseria Vaccari, Saturday was a special day: Grandma Mariangela lit the large wood-fired oven and devoted herself to kneading and baking with love her fragrant and genuine taralli.
On Sundays, the whole family gathered around the table and, while waiting for the meal, we nibbled on a tarallo, laughed, shared. From these moments Terre dei Trulli was born, since 1986, we work with respect for our land, choosing only quality ingredients, to bring the true flavor of Puglia to the table. Because taking care of the roots is the first step to make them grow.
