In Masseria Vaccari, every Saturday, grandmother Mariangela baked taralli to satisfy her family and workers. From those moments of sharing, Terre dei Trulli was born, which brings the true flavor of Puglia to the world, sincere and unmistakable.

TRADITION IS CULTURE

Patrons of Alberobello, together with the trulli, they are an integral part of our history and our logo. It is said that the cult of Cosma and Damiano originated in the 17th century. Since then, every September 27, devotees take part in the procession in their honor.

THE LAND OF TRULLI

They are the symbol of Alberobello and Puglia, but few know that the trulli were born thanks to the cunning of the farmers: a simple gesture "disassembled" them into piles of stones, avoiding paying taxes on construction.

I was immediately curious to try them, I'm not a fan of this food but at the same time we know that things produced and tasted directly from where they come from can have a different flavor. The taste is really classic, it is described as olive oil but they are not greasy, on the contrary they are rather dry.
