\nAccording to ancient Apulian tradition, these tarallini are typical of the Christmas period, and more precisely of December 13th, the day in which Saint Lucia is celebrated.
\nTo make them, just a few simple ingredients: flour, oil, white wine and fresh eggs, they are then covered with a light lemon-flavoured icing of powdered sugar, which gives them fragrance.
