Friselle pugliesi are among the most famous specialties even outside Puglia, thanks to their taste and the simplicity with which they are prepared. Just wet them with a little water and season them with oil, salt, oregano and tomatoes in their most classic version or in the way that one prefers.

The friselle also in the wholemeal version maintain all the taste and fragrance of traditional friselle. To be enjoyed in the classic way with EVO oil, salt, oregano and tomato in the summer or to be broken into a nice soup on winter evenings.
