Traditional Friselle
A perfect dinner saver, full of flavor and very easy to prepare; a tasty snack during the afternoon; a mid-morning snack. Friselle pugliesi are among the most famous specialties even outside Puglia, thanks to their taste and the simplicity with which they are prepared. Just wet them with a little water and season them with oil, salt, oregano and tomatoes in their most classic version or in the way that one prefers.
